My son and I stayed here while on a hunting trip. Very clean, peaceful, and private place to stay off the grid, but still close to restaurants and amenities. Chris made us feel welcome, and was very helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend The Natchez Retreat to anyone needing a place to stay close to Natchez. Top notch atmosphere, with a top notch host in Chris. We will definitely be back!

The cabin provided a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing us to unwind and recharge. The river walk in Natchez was definitely a must full of history and nice places to stop and overlook and get a quick snack.

Very nice secluded cabin. Great place for your pets to run and enjoy. Very private and peaceful. Had issue with bed being too low to gound and host fixed it immediately. Deffinatly would recommend.

 I really enjoyed my stay at the tiny home. I was there a little over two weeks and never felt cramped. The place is exactly as described. It was a good fit for me. I was in the area for work so it was a great place to come back to and unwind from busy work days. I will 100% come back and would recommend anyone to stay there!

This place was what we needed! Super secluded and peaceful! We sat on the deck and watched squirrels and enjoyed the breeze. We relaxed with movies inside. Totally furnished with all you need. Short drive back into Natchez if you need anything. Owner was quick to answer all messages and ask for input after our stay. I haven't had an owner this helpful and open-minded in a while. Heads up, dishwasher wasn't working during our stay, but hopefully he'll get that going quickly. Beds aren't the most luxurious but we slept well. The AC is on point! It keeps it quite chilly if that's your thing! I 100% recommend this cabin and will be finding a time to return!

This was the best place for my husband and I to spend quiet, alone time together out in nature. The place was just the right size, very cozy and clean. I have OCD when it comes to a clean place and this passed my test. They had all the amenities we needed. It is tucked back away from the main hwy so it was very quiet and peaceful. The pond was stocked with brim and bass so we did some fishing as well. We visited downtown Natchez and it is only minutes from the place. The covered parking was also nice.
I will definitely be back. I did get to meet Chris and he was very nice and quick to respond. He made sure we had everything we needed. The description of the place was exactly as stated. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks again Chris for allowing us to rent your place… We had an awesome weekend!!

We loved the property was perfect for us and our dog. Short and pretty drive to historic Natchez. Tiny house was well equipped and well stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for a cabin to relax and unwind and have lots of privacy, then this is for you. Property is secluded with pond for fishing. Cabin is small, but doable. A great romantic spot to cuddle up with your love. Sit on the couch and watch the wildlife. Sit outside and enjoy the view and weather. Owner is super cool and helpful with all your needs. He was the Best! Highly recommend this property.

We were coming from out of town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The property was beautiful and the inside was extremely clean. Had everything we needed, and more. Exceeded our expectations and Chris was easy to work with.

This place was perfect for our family. My husband, our 5 year old son, our dog, and myself truly enjoyed this beautiful property and lovely little cabin. It was spacious and had lots of storage. The 4 of us were really comfortable. We loved walking on the property and fishing at the pond. Our son caught his first first, then nine more! Chris was really kind and was easy to contact. The cabin itself was modern and really cute. Very clean and had everything we needed. We definitely will be back!

Great place to get away, loved the peace and quiet! Family enjoyed it, dogs had plenty of room to run and play! Close enough to town to get groceries and good eats! Loved the pond me and the wife caught as many big bream as we wanted! Caught a couple solid bass as well. Felt very safe knowing the property has security cameras. Hardly any traffic which was lovely. WiFi worked great. All the appliances worked great, we cooked every night and had no issues. We planned this in the heat of the summer and expected the home to be a little warm so we brought a fan, but the AC was great. We used the fan to pull cool air in the bedroom and slept fine. Our 4 month old had no issue sleeping! Chris was easy to communicate with and was quick responding when I contacted him. We will be back!

Loved it! Only suggestion I’d make, is to offer description for how air conditioner & ceiling fan work. (For AC, it’s a remote you take off the cradle & point at the unit) So quiet & peaceful. Loved stargazing. Felt “away from it all,” but still close to the beautiful city of Natchez! We’ll be back!
